Visit Our Community Pantry

We partner with local community group, Acts of Kindness Community Outreach on an initiative which helps provide food relief through donations of non-perishable food items, to families in need. The Community Pantry is located near the travelator at Pittwater Place for all non-perishable food donations.*

Pittwater Place is proud to support our local community and welcomes all donations of non-perishable food items to support various local community food drives. 

What to donate: Any unopened, non-perishable food items. For canned items, ring-pull cans are preferred. 

*Please note to check expiry dates on food donated, as food outside of its expiry date will be disposed of for healthy and safety reasons. 

About Acts of Kindness Community Outreach: This service is a grassroots organisation dedicated to providing free food services to those in need within Northern Beaches and Sydney. Their volunteer team rescues food – diverting it from landfill – and creates meals to feed the homeless, as well as distributes groceries to families in need.
