Indoor Rules of Play and Entry

INDOOR RULES OF PLAY AND ENTRY

1. Play Area hours are the same as the Pittwater Place trading hours.
2. The Play Area is for the use of children between 1 and 5 years of age.
3. Please watch for smaller children and do not enter the Play Area if it is crowded.
4. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Please wash/sanitize your hands before entering the Play Area.
6. No smoking, or consumption of food or drink in the Play Area.
7. No pets in the Play Area.
8. No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades or similar in the Play Area.
9. Sharp objects, bottles and glass must not be brought into the Play Area.
10. Remove shoes but leave socks on.
11. Loose fitting clothing or accessories which could become entangled during play should not be worn on the play equipment.
12. Children who are unwell or have injuries must not use the Play Area.
13. Photographic and video equipment must not be used in the Play Area.
14. QACPF Pittwater Place Pty Ltd as trustee for the QACPF Pittwater Place Trust (Owner) of Pittwater Place (Centre) reserves the right to refuse Play Area entry to any person.
15. Please notify Centre Management of any incident that occurs in the Play Area.
16. Entry to and use of the Play Area is at your own risk. 
17. The Owner of the Centre is not liable for damage to property or injury to persons using this Play Area, other than to the extent such loss, damage or injury to any property or person in the Centre is caused by the negligent act or omission of the Owner, its managers, employees, servants and agents.
